Dear Ron & Maureen & Staff,

Now that we are settling in and I have email again, I want to write you a Big Thank You Note.

Deciding to sell one's house in itself can be an agonizing process, to say nothing of the stress of keeping your house and property in as clean and presentable state as possible during the listing and showing process.  Then, just to keep you on the edge of your seat for a while longer, comes the ping-pong of offers going back and forth, too fast to allow much thinking time about what is fair and reasonable.  Then when the For Sale sign goes up, you're up to your neck with culling the family goods and toys ( -- is there any particular reason we need three mixmasters and two blenders? -- ) and packing up  the rest.  Until closing date you live with boxes,  floor to ceiling,  and make more trips to the liquor store for their great boxes which are usually all gone by the time you drove the 40 minutes.  In the meantime, your cell phone charges triple with all the calls to agents, banks, lawyers, movers, insurers, the hydro, tax department, doctor and all the rest.  Yes, selling and buying real estate may not be the average homesteader's definition of fun; in fact, most would call it one of life's biggest stressors!

We have been in the market for a new home ... and are anticipating a move this summer. I work with computers and websites and this site is very impressive. My hats off to The Rocchio Team that designed this site. If as much care and information is put into your work as you do with your website, all I've got to say is you must have one helluva' business. I've seen twenty five to thirty real estate websites thus far but none compare to this in any way, shape or form. I don't know if this will reach the people you work for but I hope it does. It's blown the twenty five to thirty websites I visited right out of the water. Not to sound to crude but it's finally nice to go to a website where they really care.
